Within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots. Even more within a few minutes drive, including a major grocery store. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. The description states you must provide your own toilet paper, but there was plenty already there (maybe previous renters?). There is a reasonable supply of spices for cooking, most likely left by previous renters. Appliances were in good shape, but it could use more kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, etc) and the knives were very dull. Note: no dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, although a lot of closet space was consumed by beach chairs, extra blankets, etc. Our only other negative was that the instructions for using the entertainment center were out of date, so we needed assistance to make things work. However, assistance was given quickly, so no big issue. We're pretty easy going, so no real deal-breakers for us. Loved the convenience, quiet neighborhood, beach access, and meeting so many nice folks in Cocoa Beach! ##### Timothy S.
