We looked at many available options and stumbled upon Ronda’s place, and boy, are we glad we did! The condo has EVERYTHING! It is beautiful, incredibly clean, and has a private beach where you can easily have your own space. Did I saw the beach is right there? It's right there! Too bad Ronda couldn’t make the sand cold, we learned it was insanely hot the hard way. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown Cocoa Beach which makes it easy to be in the middle of things and then head back to your quiet oasis. There are parking passes so there is no issue if you have two cars. It was easy and breezy (just like the beach). Do yourself a favor and book here. We had a different condo booked and the night before we arrived they cancelled, and we were so happy they did! This condo was PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this delightful property. The decor was bright and new, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay (within the 1st day decided to add on an extra day) The mattress was too firm for our liking but that’s just a personal preference. Black wash cloths/facial cloths for make up removal would be a nice addition. I travel with disposable make up removal cloths but not everyone does. It was so nice to be steps from the beach, which we also watched the rocket launch from. I would highly recommend Ronda’s condo! ##### Dawn H.
