The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find plenty of seating including an extended couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a surfer bar that provides seating for four. The Neighborhood: 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around. Getting Around: Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance. We had great weather and relaxed at the pool and beach. The beach is lovely and located a short walk away, best sunrises! Why charge a large cleaning fee if renters are expected to strip the beds, start the dishwasher, and throw out the trash. Add that someone hadn’t flushed the toilet before we arrived and we found a silverfish in the sheets during our stay. Also, change renters a breakage fee when they actually break something via a deposit that is returned at the stay’s end rather than a flat fee that charged up front, ##### Michael L.
