"One of the best Hotels we have stayed at - very helpful and Friendly staff - good sized comfortable room - and a swimming pool and gym ! Excellent - will return"
"The only problem I see to this hotel is the lack of its own car park, you need to use a public one.
Every thing else wonderful......the people the food the communications.
The National Express Coach if, like me you needed transport picks you up in the main street 5 mins from Allerdale.
At the same stop are regular buses to Keswick and Penrith.
I had a great time."

A verified traveller stayed at North Lakes Hotel And Spa
"Lovely room with great views. Good location in town. Very nice staff.
Nobody helped with the cases from the car on arrival. They need valet parking. Earlier check in than 4pm as most hotels are 3pm. Also most good hotels have Umbrellas at reception. The positives outweighed the negatives but room for improvement."
