The Condo is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, an office, and free Wi-Fi and is located less than a 15–30-minute bicycle ride from the beaches, attractions, shops, and restaurants. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed that sleeps two adult guests and a baby crib that sleeps a baby one-year-old or less (guests must book baby items in advance and pay a $50.00 damage deposit for each baby item, which includes: baby crib, baby bath, baby high chair, and baby changing mat). Up to five (5) guests may sleep in the bunk bed that is in the bunk bedroom. From the gazebo and the lanai, guests may watch the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. BOOK NOW! Colwin's Place Condo # 5 can accommodate up to seven (7) guests, two (2) adult guests may sleep in a queen-sized bed and up to five (5) guests may sleep in Condo # 5's bunk bed (Bunk bed (2 full beds & 1 twin bed). Pictures of the new and increased sleeping arrangements and new condo decorations are in the photo section of the listing. From the gazebo & lanai, guests may watch the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea/coffee and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. Colwin's Place Condo 2 sleeps four (4) guests or four (4) adult guests, Colwins Place Condo # 3 sleeps up to six (6) guests or six (6) adult guests, Colwin's Place Condo 4 sleeps four (4) guests or four (4) adult guests, whilst Colwins Place Condo # 5 sleeps up to seven (7) guests or five (5) adult guests. All four (4) Colwin's Place Condos welcomes families, groups, girls' trips, guys trips, wedding and honeymoon groups or medium to large groups on a whole. Guests who wish to book all four (4) Colwin's Place Condos for approved events may send a request to the host as all four (4) Colwin's Place Condos sleeps a maximum of up to twenty-one (21) guests or eighteen (18) adult guests. At the time of booking Condo # 5, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 5\. Hosts may allow guests to contact VRBO.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests. It’s out of the way but with the island so small nothing is more than 10-15 minutes away. The condo was clean and our host was friendly and always responsive. The a/c is in the bedroom and works great for sleeping. We had no issues as the condo cools down in the evenings with the windows open. All appliances worked great and the gazebo was peaceful in the mornings. ##### Christy M. The place was very clean and tidy the only issue was the heat. It was hot in certain places in the house but the rooms were perfect and nice and cool just the living room area Was very hot. Also couldn't get to enjoy the Gazebo too much due to the mosquitoes. Maybe? Might consider putting some fans on the outside cause thats actually a pretty good spot to hangout. That's the only issue. The host was very welcoming and very helpful Throughout the vacation so Thumbs up to them all the way.
