As long as you keep your expectations low and laugh at the issues you face, you’ll have a good time. The staff was friendly, but the place was so bad we couldn’t help but laugh the whole time. I rented an igloo (fake) with my daughter. Says heated floors, but we were greeted with two small space heaters and were freezing the first night. Dressers were missing multiple knobs, sheets used for curtains, little nicks and broken parts all over, two fire detector holders without a fire detector, but arguably the most hilarious part of the adventure was that the poorly cut mirrors in the bathroom were held up by pieces of wood and duct tape. The water came out red and dirty. They said this was well water. They didn’t know their wifi password to provide to us for either of their networks. They did provide us with an additional room inside so that we could shower. This shower was good and had two spouts. The room was really nice- two floors with a jetted tub in the living space, bigger tv, fireplace, and the two beds upstairs. At least the shower worked. Jetted tub had water- no jets. TV and fireplace wouldn’t turn on. At least it wasn’t freezing. They did have a hot tub. I could get the dirt on my butt and the water was warm, not hot. All in all, it was certainly an adventure.

Peeling paint, collapsed beds, no fresh towels or cleaning during whole week, did not want to abide by booking amounts, burn holes in blankets, molded soap dispensers, property looks nothing like pictures, very run down, others even left to book other rooms in area at different hotels

I stayed here 20 years ago with my family; it was very nice. 10 years ago, I tried to get a reservation but it was all booked up so I had to "settle" for another local hotel (that was bad but not as bad as this place now. Broken towel bars in bathroom to doorknobs just about falling off, no windows to room (only french doors with no screens), changed rooms and the next one was as bad as the first but it was also over run with flys! --- used to be is the only way to describe this mess now --- do not go!

Spacious parking. The room I had a high ceilings which give the room a nice feel. The rooms were clean and has a nice aesthetic. Breakfast is a hot breakfast with a pretty standard spread of food

We had a comfortable stay at this place in Cochrane. Our room was neat and clean. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. We had netflix in our tv as well.

The owner of the facility was excellent and is in the process of updating the premises - we stayed in one of the igloos and there was much to be desired but a plan is in the works for an upgrade, so here’s hoping it’s a success because the facility has much to offer

The condition of the hotel /Inn… shouldn’t be considered a hotel /Inn. Hotel.com should be embarrassed by listing them as a 3 star … it should be a 0 star if that’s possible. The beds are not comfortable at all , bathrooms are dirty from old stains, carpets are disgusting. The doors don’t lock properly. This hotel/Inn should be demolished … a renovation will not help this place.

This is a work in progress. It is undergoing refurbishment. It seems an ideal place for anyone wanting cheap accommodation in a more isolated setting. In the room we had, there was a loft with two beds, underneath was a room with a sofa, small table, fridge, bathroom and tv. The room could hold several people. It does need some additional TLC ( the air conditioning was inefficient) but is adequate and functional. It is not luxurious. The staff were very friendly and I hope in time they can make this into something special. For cost conscious young travellers who enjoy rural pursuits it is fine.

Switch rooms 3 times. Fire place doesn’t work, Dirty dirty it’s a disaster zone that was recently flooded writing raging on walls not even a kettle the toliet has chewed gum besides it. Etc etc got nothing we were promised… I have pics.. it’s bad you need to fix the site and we got screwed bassically

This was the place to stay in the 90’s and early 2000’s, unfortunately I don’t think any maintenance has been done to the property since then. A garage that they advertise that you can’t park snowmobiles in. A room with stains and burns in the carpent, dirty, snot on the walls I had to book a jaucuzzi tub suite because of availability for a premium price and there wasn’t anyone there. Sad that this place has went in to disorder the way it has!!

Sadly i could not wait to get out of there, the filth, the smell was horrible, long hair left in the bathtub, dirt from years ago everywhere you look, going to bed with the question am i going to bring back cockroaches and bed bugs back home with me is traumatic. And they have the nerve to charge $100 for a night, why are they allowed to operate?

Zero pride of ownership. Junk everywhere. Road sign still illuminates *bar* and *restaurant* where neither exist. (Those areas full of junk). My room wasn’t even vacuumed and there were spat out sunflower seed shells all over. I left room cleaner than I found it because I actually wiped down surfaces. Complete disgrace. Smoke detector absent from its mounting base-which is illegal.
