« The room was very clean I came in one night with a question and as I walked to the counter I noticed that the front desk clerk was in the back room. The desk had instructions to dial "0" on the desk phone if I needed help. I did this and the phone was loud and I allowed it to ring at least 6 times but the clerk never came out so I just left.
