"Clean room, excellent for a family of 4 (king suite). Unfortunately we could not stream our own apps for our “down time” at the hotel. The Roku remote was not found. But it is super clean, plenty of towels supplied and toiletries."

"The outdoor pool was warm and enjoyable for hours. The kids loved the waterslide. The Sweet Suite was a perfect room for 2 adults and 2 kids to enjoy an extended stay. Staff was accommodating. Location was good, we enjoyed the walk to and from the harbour. Coffee in the room was top notch. Loved that there was a kettle, microwave and toaster along with cutlery and plates/bowls. The kids loved that there was 2 TVs and a connection to a fire stick vs. Cable tv. The breakfast place connected to the hotel was fantastic. We will stay again!"

"The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff. It took our party of 7, 3.5 hours to get our drinks and food. Thankfully we didn't need to be anywhere or we would have had to leave. I don't think I would stay here again but it served it's purpose. "
