Dec 30, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Clean, bright, and impeccable. The unit is just as it looks in the photos - open, spacious, and well lit. It is modern and sparse, and feels brand new with high ceilings, smooth textured plaster walls, stainless appliances - and adequate cooling and ventilation. The main open living room and kitchen area is above two identical bedrooms with bathroom and open shower - perfect for up to four people. It is amazingly airy and natural - there are sliding glass walls on two sides one facing the ocean - the open almost completely - a very nice feature. It is perched on a hill with several other similar residences with 24 hour security stationed in a small structure at the main road with an entrance gate. It's location - on the north end of Santa Teresa is a little more private - and its position up the steep hill - about a 5 minute walk to the beach - gives a great view and is quiet. After visiting I would prefer staying off the beach a bit for these reasons. Highly recommend renting ATV if staying here - to traverse the hill and travel into town starting about a mile to the south. We found the property manager and local staff to be very friendly and helpful. If we return, we would definitely stay here again- don't think its possible to find anything better unless you want the convenience of a resort. But if you are that type, you probably aren't coming to Santa Teresa. Enjoy. ##### Garry I.
