Villa Paraiso is postcard perfect, five bedrooms, five baths, and two gourmet kitchens. All five bedrooms are more than spacious, detailed custom high ceilings, eight foot Andersen windows and doors. Each bedroom has its own custom private bath constructed of natural stone flooring, counter tops and showers. Two of the master suites have bamboo flooring. Both kitchens have granite countertops, stainless sinks and appliances. Nook area has table that seats six with four bar stools at counter bar. The living room has 24x24 Travertine flooring. A dining area that seats ten. Eight feet tall glass sliders cover the whole front looking out to the ocean view. There is not room in this house where notice to detail has been over looked. Large covered patio with custom bamboo ceiling and large private pool with custom made teak patio furniture for your outside living enjoyment. The house can be opened up to enjoy the outside elements or closed and secure with all areas of the house air conditioned. You couldn't get any closer to the sounds, smells and feel of the blue Pacific Ocean. Unlimited surfing right out your front gate. This beach has been rated #5 in the world for the most consistent waves. A surfer’s paradise. Please note, we do not rent to separate parties at the same time. Comes with full staff to cater to all your needs, including security company 6pm to 6am every night exclusive to our property only, gardener/caretaker, housekeeper, and manager/concierge. Laundry service available and an in-door surf board rack for safe keeping. The grounds could be described as a 'park-like' setting, lush and beautiful with a variety of trees and plants. Howler monkeys during the day and fireflies at night. We are walking distance to markets and great restaurants. Located in the prestigious area of Santa Teresa north end. The renowned Florblanca Resort is walking distance away. Private yoga classes, massages, gourmet chefs, can be brought to you in the comforts of your own home. It’s on the water and the service is remarkable with daily housekeeping, and grounds. The property manager is so fantastic and helps setup anything your heart desires. Our family vacations to Costa Rica every year, but travels to new towns every time. This is by far the best house we have experienced. The property is beautiful, just steps from the beach, and an easy walk to town! The staff was wonderful, maintained the property, and kept the house clean for us every day during our stay. Bernett (the property manager) was always quick to respond to our needs and book us transportation, excursions, or chefs. We highly recommend getting a massage by the beach (oh, so relaxing!). We loved the town of Santa Teresa - it is not quite as developed (especially the roads) for tourists as other towns we have visited, but it provides a more local experience that we enjoyed the most. We went during their rainy season and somehow got lucky to have sunny and warm days the entire trip. We would love to come back to Santa Teresa and see its growth in the next five years! It has a huge motor court for more than 10 cars. The trees and landscaping throughout the property are stunning. There is an abundance of air conditioning units throughout the house that work great. We actually got cold. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. The pool was great for kids and adults and the jacuzzi was a plus. The beach was great. Beautiful sunsets and great surf for my son. You can walk to restaurants and super markets with no issues. It is in the north end and located perfectly so you’re not stuck in the main road traffic. Do not hesitate to book this house. It is beyond more beautiful than the pictures. ##### Lauren R. Getting through the town of Santa Teresa in the rainy season was a challenge, but well worth the challenge because the house, the staff, and all the amenities were above and beyond all expectations! Bernett was there anytime we had questions or needed him. The housekeeper and grounds keeper worked hard to keep up with 6 adults and 5 children:) Rodrigo Soriano, (Angelica, and Gary his 2 helpers) prepared all our dinners! They were fabulous and I highly recommend contacting him if you’re ever in the area. We would return to this home again. A totally stress-free vacation in paradise for our family of 7\. Highly recommended. Spectacular beach, surfing, food (excellent, local, fresh, healthy), yoga, fishing, hiking in nature reserves, snorkeling. Very easy to relax and unwind, or venture out for some great adventures and experiences. Andrea, who manages the house, is the best - she can help you with any arrangements you need help with, and knows where to go for the best of anything. The next time we go I will let her make all of local arrangements. And I very highly recommend you let her bring in local cooks/chefs for delicious fresh breakfast or lunch some days, and Chef Laura for few dinners at the beach! Laura is truly word class – her dinners were truly excellent, one-of-a-kind, fresh, local and memorable – some of the best meals we have had anywhere any time. The housekeeper and gardener also were also terrific – quietly making sure everything ran perfectly and peacefully, with a warm smile. By the end of the trip we felt like family. Any negatives? Not really. There will be some bumpy roads and slow pace in town, but that’s why you came here. Our family travels frequently but we don’t go back to many places twice, however we will return here.
