"Nest Bungalow" is nestled within the gated community of mar-A-mar, with security 24/7, free parking spot and 2 pools: one exclusively shared among just 4 units and another shared with the entire community.  
  
Our Bungalow counts with a nice balcony, an open space kitchen and living room, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed plus a single bed and a full bathroom.  
  
Our VIP concierge team is happy to assist you with your travel plans prior and during your stay.  
We would be glad to help you plan the logistics to get here as well as book many adventures including surf lessons, canopy tours , horseback riding, hiking waterfalls & natural reserves, scuba diving, snorkeling & fishing tours !  
We can also arrange massages, private chef services, private yoga classes and more!  
  
We are located in the best area of Santa Teresa, within walking distance to the best surf spots and beautiful beaches, restaurants, surf shops & supermarkets.  
  
This modern and spacious apartment features 2 bedrooms (1 King size bed and 1 queen size bed) and a Full Bathroom with high end finishings, 1 Sinks and Separate compartments for the Toilet.

\- Internet: We have fiber optic with 2 different providers so when one service goes down, we have the other as back up!  
\- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the bamboo near the bungalow, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!  
\- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.  
\- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.
