When i got to Santa Teresa this people didnt have my reservation ready and they told me they didnt confirm the reservation because EXPEDIA DIDNT PAY THEM BACK! They try to arrange the situation but i decided to look for another hotel where you didnt got a fee for it. Why are you workijg with people like this stressing out your clients in the last minute??

Rentamos 2 habitaciones y a una de ellas no llegaba agua a la ducha llamamos para reportarlo y no contestaron nunca. Reportamos además a la persona de mantenimiento que una de las habitaciones no tenía control para el AC y nunca recibimos ayuda. Cuando logramos encender el AC caía agua por todo el piso, un desastre. El sitio es lindo pero necesita limpieza y mantenimiento. Las toallas tenían mal olor, la cocina compartida estaba sucia y el mantenimiento es nulo. Tiene una vista hermosa pero no lo recomiendo.
