### Casa Taman, Best location with direct access to the beach by Elite Beach Villas

After three wonderful years of hosting a lovely family in our villa for a long-term stay, we are excited to return to the short-term rental market starting June 1, 2025.  
  
Welcome to Casa Taman, a 4,300 square foot (403 m²) five-star luxury villa located on a private 1.6-acre (6,500 m²) property, with direct access to the beautiful white sand beach of Santa Teresa. This villa is located in the northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa Beach and provides private access to the beach where you can swim and surfers can find the most consistent waves in Costa Rica.  
"Casa" stands for “home” in Spanish and "Taman" for “garden” in Indonesian, and that jungle tropical feeling is exactly what you will experience while being a short walk away from the beach and the blue ocean. Casa Taman’s design is modern, classy, and hippie chic, making you feel at home away from home.  
This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates one large family, two smaller families with children, or a group of friends in a unique and private location. Casa Taman is part of North Creek Estate, sharing the property with Casa Lanui (7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms). Both houses can be rented separately or together for large groups, accommodating up to 28 guests combined.  
Casa Taman features three master bedrooms with king-size beds overlooking the pool and garden, and one kids’ bedroom with two bunk beds, accommodating 4 in total. The large living area can be opened towards the swimming pool. This inside living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with seating on the island. The dining area consists of a 10-foot-long wooden table that comfortably seats 10 people. Guests can relax in the big, comfortable living room area in front of a 60” television or simply look out towards the pool and beautiful jungle.  
On the terrace, you can enjoy a swimming pool with shallow hang-out areas surrounded by several lounge chairs for your tanning and enjoying cocktails. Beyond that, there is a large garden to play in and hang out with hammocks to relax in the shade. The beach is a short 100-meter walk through a private path and you will find a beautiful beach with pristine sand that stretches endlessly. You can relax in full privacy in the shade of numerous trees while watching some fantastic, consistent surf or one of the world’s most beautiful sunsets.  
Staying with us is a true luxury experience, and to ensure you have an unforgettable stay, we provide the following services:

Beach and Town Access The beach and town are within walking distance, but car or atv rental is highly recommended to move around  
Santa Teresa is located in the southern tip of Costa Rica’s northwestern peninsula, has an edge-of-the-world vibe that still feels remote and inspires relocation dreams. Driving down the road that connects the area’s four beaches Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa, Playa Carmen and Mal Pais, you will wonder what your life would be like in a town that experiences almost year-round sunshine (punctuated by the occasional rainstorm, sure) and consistently warm temperatures. This main road, which runs parallel to the beach, has many cute cafés, excellent restaurants, a few galleries, and many new fashion boutiques and surf shops.  
At North Creek Estate, we conduct our daily practices with the environment in mind, aiming to minimize the footprint. As part of our efforts, we are committed to:  
\- Protecting the ocean by professionally treating all our wastewater with a treatment plant and processing our grease with authorized providers.  
\- Reducing the amount of water used by washing our linens every three days.  
\- Minimizing the waste by composting 100% of our cooking/kitchenn waste, whether raw or cooked and using the resulting compost to nurture our gardens. Additionally, we classify our garbage into recyclables and non-recyclables.  
\- Participating in community efforts and activities to clean up beaches.  
\- Reducing our carbon footprint by equipping our A/C units with eco-sensors to ensure their efficient use, staying on only when needed.  
\- Decreasing our electricity consumption with a state-of-the-art automatic system that efficiently manages all lights in the property  
\- Buying cleaning products that comply with environmental operation standards  
\-Engaging with several community associations that ensure sustainable development in the area

#### Dream holiday!

We fell in love with Casa Taman. The property itself is beautiful, modern, very conveniently located and extremely clean. We loved the outdoor showers in every room, the pool is very kid friendly and we had monkeys sleeping in the trees in the backyard! The beach is a 2-minute walk down a pretty path and perfect place to swim and watch the sunset. There were little gestures that made us feel so taken care of...we opened the refrigerator to many fresh coconuts waiting for us, there was a crib and baby chair ready for our toddler, all of the laundry is done for you daily, Daniela was on stand by to help us with everything we needed. We felt safe, secure...and most of all, happy! We will definitely stay here again and hope to try Casa Lanui as well. Thanks!

#### Can't wait to go back!

Amazing doesn't even begin to cover it! We stayed here with our family and friends, nine of us in all. There was plenty of space. Daniela the concierge was wonderful. She made our stay comfortable and took care of all the details. The house is just a short walk to the beach. There are restaraunts and bars within walking distance, although we rented a 4-wheeler for our stay and were glad we did. The house is beautiful with every detail being perfect! We can't wait to go back!

We loved the property. Daniella and the rest of the staff were amazing. Daniella was so quick to assist us with all of our needs, and her recommendations were great. Very short path to a beautiful beach and close to all that Santa Teresa offers. We have been going to Santa Teresa for over 10 years, and we would definitely stay here again!
