This Scandinavian chalet in Coaticook offers 5 bedrooms, two terraces and a magical view of Mont Pinacle. The nearby public beach is the perfect place to have fun and enjoy outdoor activities. With its warm and bright atmosphere, everything comes together to create unforgettable memories! Villa Foresta awaits you with its modern Scandinavian style and ultra-friendly atmosphere. • A living space: the living room, dining room and kitchen come together in an open area bathed in light, with a 20-foot cathedral ceiling. Perfect for cooking together, playing board games or just relaxing in front of large windows with a breathtaking view. • Terraces: two terraces, one adjoining the living area and the other adjoining the master bedroom, invite you to relax outdoors. Having a coffee in the morning or admiring the stars in the evening will never have been so pleasant. • Comfort for all: with its 5 bedrooms spread over the garden level and the basement, there is room for everyone, and even a games room for even more fun. Distribution of parts: The house is spread over three levels: \- In the basement, there is a family room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. \- The ground floor includes three bedrooms, a washer-dryer area, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a terrace. \- Upstairs are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The little extras that make all the difference: Nearby, take a dip in the water at Lyster Lake public beach or explore the trails of Mount Pinacle. The field is perfect for games of frisbee, volleyball or other outdoor games. In winter, get out your snowshoes or have a snowball fight! You will have access to the entire chalet, the outdoor space and the lake, via the public beach!
