"Excellent hôtel très propre , belle chambre. Très proche du centre ville . Nous avions un problème avec notre véhicule loué chez Dollars dont la révision était à faire et n'avait pas été faite , plus les pneus dégonflés ...Impossible de régler le problème nous même Dollars faisant preuve de manque d'organisation .... Mais CHAR , l'adorable , pétillante et professionnelle réceptionniste a pris les choses en main et après 2 appels téléphoniques qu'elle a passés à Dollars Rental , nous avons eu aussitôt un rendez-vous dans un garage de sa connaissance proche de l'hôtel , et tout a été résolu en moins de 2 heures et ceci réglé financièrement par Dollar . Bravo CHAR ,et encore merci , vous avez sauvé notre circuit d'un mois et demi au Etats Unis . De plus , l'hotel vaut largement le prix payé ."
