Although only minutes from the highway and downtown Park City, it feels a world away. The cabin is meticulously Moose themed and can sleep up to 9 people in its 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms. Nature lovers may even encounter a family of moose, adding a touch of magic to their mountain escape. Situated near Park City Mountain and many other ski mountains, the cabin is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. It's also a gateway to nearby lakes, streams, and hiking trails, catering to various outdoor activities. With a wood-burning fireplace, heated floors, and a wrap-around deck with gorgeous views, the cabin provides a cozy retreat after a day of adventures. The family room features two, faux mink, extra-large sofas, and a giant 85 inch flat-screen TV + surround sound. The lower level includes a game room for entertainment—whether it's a game of pool, video games, or watching sports on TV. Also on the lower level are two bedrooms (5 beds) and a full bathroom. The large upstairs master bedroom includes a Queen bed, walk-in closet, TV and spacious bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. Additionally, the cabin is equipped with Starlink lightning-fast satellite internet, making it a perfect place to do work from if needed. Despite being only 20 minutes from the ski slopes, shopping, and dining in downtown Park City, the cabin feels secluded, surrounded by dense pines and large windows blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors—an enchanting environment in its own world. Swift and convenient year-round access ensures accessibility and charm for your mountain retreat. Come and discover the mountain magic yourself. We cleaned out the debris and reasonably assumed the odor must be normal/safe. During use, two guests sustained 2nd degree burns consistent with chemical imbalance and/or jet-related exposure, raising serious safety concerns. We could not use the hot tub again. The property was not properly cleaned prior to check-in. We found clothing from prior guests in closets, bedrooms, and under beds and used toiletries remaining in the showers. Gingerbread house food items from previous guests were still present in the living area.Additional issues included a broken coffee pot, wet downstairs comforters on the first night, one towel per guest – no hand towels or wash cloths, 2 half used (4 total rolls) of toilet paper for eight guests staying one week, and repeated electrical issues where the microwave tripped the circuit breaker daily.Concerns were communicated during and after the stay; however, as of this review, no response or compensation has been provided.We have stayed at many VRBO properties and understand that occasional minor issues can occur. However, the number, severity, and nature of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns, combined with the lack of response from management, resulted in a stay that did not meet reasonable expectations for a short-term rental. ##### Jake And Denise W.
