"We stayed in a hot tub suite and it was so nice! Beautiful view. The hot tub balconies are on the shopping plaza side of the hotel so not very private but we loved it. Had a fridge/freezer and kitchen plus a nice big bed and heated tiles in the bathroom with a huge tub and shower. Will definitely be booking again! "

"We stayed 10 nights. I travel with my brother who is on the spectrum so I usually have a few specific requests about room types and which floor we like our room to be to on (and usually a few change requests after we arrive....) to avoid triggering him during our stay. None of the employees ever seemed annoyed or like I was bothering them when I asked if we could get special requests or potentially change room. Super staff! Special shoutout to Quincy and Gilmar. All 3 young men at the front desk were always helpful, polite and friendly! The location is very convenient for Park City ski resort. You can park and ride the free shuttle (parking is free to) less than half a mile away or walk to it. Or driving to Canyon Village or Park City parking lots is also very easy. The hotel is nice and quiet. Breakfast is quite decent (typical American hotel breakfast) and always ready in time or a bit earlier than advertised. All type of staff in the hotel were always on top of things and friendly! Strongly advice it. We will be back 100 "

"Staff was very friendly. Property was quiet and exactly what was pictured. Bed was comfy. Pool was a bit dirty and our room was freezing despite having the heater set to 74 which is super high for us (at home we have it set to 66). Overall great time and will come back. "
