Entire Home and Yard New neighborhood in Belissima development. It is a great mix of vacation rentals, seasonal and primary residences. It is a friendly neighborhood that everyone feels welcome. Uber, taxi and we can arrange for private transportation. Outdoor Heater: Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested. POOL|SPA: Pool: $125/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Spa only: $40/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. Please note, the property requires regular landscaping and pool service to ensure proper care and maintenance of the property and the pool is properly sanitized and ready for guest use. We will try to schedule these services around guest stays but please be aware that the landscaper and pool technician may need to service the property during guest stays.\*\* PARKING: Parking available in the driveway, only. garage parking is unavailable. PETS: We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet\`s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.
