ROOM CONFIGURATIONS: Located Upstairs: ROOM 1: King Bed w/ensuite master bathroom & bathtub ROOM 2: 2 Queen Beds ROOM 3: 2 Full Beds Downstairs: ROOM 4: 1 King Bed ROOM 5: 2 Queens CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please use your best judgement when utilizing this amenity, prior experience is absolutely necessary in order for there to be no messes. Thank you! We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home. \*Please note - check-in instructions are sent 48 hours prior to your arrival. PARKING: Thank you in advance for your understanding and following regulations set by the city. \*\*No parking due to street cleaning from 7am-3pm on 1st & 3rd Monday each month. Guests are responsible for any parking violations/tickets.\*\* PETS: We are pet-friendly. Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. There is a $50 per pet fee for your pets stay. POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our Thanksgiving meal, and the dining area comfortably accommodated everyone. The home's layout was spacious and thoughtfully designed, allowing for plenty of privacy while also providing great common areas for gathering. The cozy living room and game area were favorite spots for our family to relax after dinner. The outdoor amenities set this home apart. The pool was a hit with the kids, even during the cooler November weather. We also loved gathering around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The quiet neighborhood made the entire stay even more relaxing, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They even sent a thoughtful holiday package with items to help with cooking.
