« Le personnel était très sympa et efficace. La chambre de type studio est assez grande et confortable avec un espace kitchenette. Nous étions au calme mis la vue n'était pas extraordinaire. Le Chrysler building etait visible depuis la salle de bain. L'hôtel a un restaurant bar Rooftop qui donne une vue incroyable sur les gratte-ciel de Midtown. L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter les lieux emblématiques de New-York, la gare Grand Central est à quelques minutes de marche. »

« Chambre impeccable, dosettes de café et serviettes propres tous les jours. Emplacement idéal, à 10min de Bryant park, 15min de Times Square, 5min de Penn Station... Nous étions au 12e étage, vue cour sur les buildings très sympa (javais un peu peur avec les travaux en façade). Restaurant au RDC qui nous donnait envie pour le petit déjeuner mais il y avait la queue ! Nous avons eu loccasion d'y prendre un apéro que nous avons bien apprécié ;) »

« J ai réservé cet hôtel pour une nuit. Trois heures après avoir réservé , mon vol pour retourner en Europe a été avancé d une journée. J ai immédiatement averti l hôtel que je ne pourrai pas venir. Je précise que je n ai pas fait le check in , ni déposé les bagages. L hôtel n a rien voulu savoir et n a pas fait un geste commercial. Très déçu »
