This is a very unique place and a fun experience if you're looking for something different from the usual hotels and resorts. Up in the forest, off the beaten path with minimal lighting at night, but still felt quite safe - even took a short midnight walk to fully enjoy the natural night sounds like cicadas, crickets, frogs and owls, but mostly liked seeing all the fireflies (they're rare now where we live, in Wilmington)! The Mo-Pac caboose is neat, well thought-out, and very appealing if you like 1950s and 60s themes, or if you simply want a clean, unfussy, yet private place in a peaceful farm-type setting. The property is a beautiful farm with bison and other farm animals. We watched bison grazing right from our unit only a few feet awsy! The caboose was tastefully decorated and immaculate.
