« Wonderful property with excellent views! One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever stayed in (seriously, 5 garlic presses)! Very comfortable bedding and clean! Has charger in garage for EVs and available dog beds! Easy check in and check out (had to call host to get door code, but readily replied). Thing to note: there is no direct access to beach from property, though the walk is very short—and the property’s height is what gives it great views. Would definitely stay again! »

« Loved the location and the quaint house. Comfortable beds. We were unable to lock the downstairs door, and had to prop a chair under the handle. This should be looked at. Stairs to the beach are deteriorated. Handrail bolts at the top are all falling out - this rail will fall off soon - This should be repaired. Did you find a rolled up men's dress shirt in the bedroom with two beds? I sure would like to get it back. A great stay in a wonderful house. »

« I loved my view from the balcony. What i didnt like was that when we got there the space wasn't totally clean, i had to call and ask to have them finish cleaning it. Then some random couple cane into our condo thinking it was theirs and was told it was cleaning crew thinking we had checked out when in fact that wasnt the case. Then had to have maintenance come into our room to do work because i guess the shower was leaking into the bottom condo. There was no ac option in the room at all or any...

« the house was amazing and the view was spectacular. The carpets had stains throughout the house and had stains on the couches upstairs as well which was very concerning since I didn't know what the stains were. everything else was amazing but i would suggest getting the jets upgraded a little more in the hot tub. »

« This is a great place to stay in Lincoln City. A short walk to the beach if you are looking for a beautiful place to take a stroll in the early mornings or look for sea stars in the tide pools at low tide. The neighborhood is safe and the pool is right across the street when the kids want to go for a swim in a heated pool. We will definitely look to book Sand Seeker again when we return to Lincoln City. »
