With wide-open views of the Pacific, plenty of space to spread out, and a breezy beach-house vibe, this home makes it easy to relax, reconnect, and soak in the coast. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck while the morning fog lifts, sharing meals around the big kitchen table, or watching the sunset from the hot tub, this is the perfect backdrop for lasting memories. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101\. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. Sleeping was perfect. View was amazing. Get rid of the dusty dirty fake plants, especially in the kitchen eating area. We had a lovely stay.
