Nestled at the end of a dead-end road, this house enjoys a peaceful, car-free environment, frequented only by walkers. Just 400 m from the beach and 300 m as the crow flies from the ocean, it's surrounded by fields, offering an unspoilt setting. Below, you'll find a magnificent Breton cove known as Roche Percée. With a surface area of 120 m², this house can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It features a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi is included, and all that's missing is you to take full advantage of this seaside haven of tranquility!
