It is composed of beautiful living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a closed garden of about 1,400 m² facing south. Sheets and towels included. We are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: On the ground floor: \- A beautiful living room with sofas to enjoy a moment of relaxation opening into a large veranda of 30m ² with lounge area and a dining area \- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer... \- A back kitchen laundry On the 1st floor : \- Bedroom 1: a queen size bed (160×200), a desk and a bookcase. \- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200) that can be joined together to make a double bed and a large closet. \- A shower room with Italian shower (120×90), a sink and a toilet. On the 2nd floor : \- A landing with a desk and a sea view in the distance. \- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×200), a desk and storage shelves. \- Bedroom 4: three single beds (90×200). \- A bathroom with a shower (80×80) and a sink. The annex (on the left/west side of the house, communicating through the kitchen door): Ground floor: \- A TV room, reading room with a sofa bed (double) and a sink area separated by a counter. The house is ideally located in Pouldu in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to essential stores, restaurants, bars, market (2 times/week in summer)... Activities : \- Numerous hikes and walks to admire the beautiful rocky coast on the coastal path or the customs path, the path of the "route des peintres", walks along Laïta, inland or in the forest of Carnoët, walk part of the GR 34 on foot, mountain bike or horseback. \- Discover the fine sandy beaches, the sailing club, the surf school, the canoe and the paddle! \- Admire two pretty little ports: "Bas Pouldu" and Doëlan a few kilometers away. \- At the House-Museum of Pouldu, discover the reconstruction of the beach bar where the painter Gauguin, among others, worked. \- Along the Laïta river: ruins of the Cistercian abbey of Saint-Maurice. \- Museum of Pont Aven (21km), City of the sail Eric Tabarly (25km). \- Tasting of local products: oysters of Belon, Breton cakes, Kouign-Amann, pancakes, cider, farm products, etc... Turn of the century - modern inside but retained many original features. We were 3 couples, so plenty of room for us. Kitchen/utility room well equipped. A BBQ. Cool, comfy lounge and a large modern conservatory to be warmer in. A large round table in the kitchen and a large extendable table in the conservatory. We ate in the kitchen and used the conservatory table as our gaming area after dinner in the evening. Outside furniture was also provided - a dining table and chairs and deckchairs. Lawned area to the front of the property. Obviously some building work/improvements had been done recently as the lawn was not at its best - some bare areas where new seed had been spread, but will improve. Lady who met us on arrival was lovely but spoke no English. Good job our school French was up to it! All information at the house in French. Beaches galore to visit very close. La même maison que l’année dernière.Nous avions signalé des dysfonctionnements qui hélas n’ont pas été pris en compte par le propriétaire qui, apparemment, est satisfait du taux de réservations. Une fenêtre d’une salle de bain au 1re étage qui est faussée et qu’on ne peut pas fermer. Le manque d’un verrou pour fermer la salle de bain du rez de chaussée. Et des clés de portes (de plusieurs portes d’entrée) qui sont très difficiles à tourner.
