"The investors are charging a premium price for an okay experience. I know a castle should warrant some premium but I have had overall better room, bed and bathroom every where else I have stayed. The toilet did not flush in our room. The breakfast was excellent. The dinner was average and overpriced for the menu offered. The smoked salmon amuse bouche was awful. Did the chef even taste it? We had to open the windows to get airflow into the room so we could sleep. The staff was excellent and are doing all they can to make you successful."
