My sister and brother in law arrived from a long journey from Oxford shortly after with their dog. We were planning to celebrate a special birthday and wanted this quite stay after our recent family bereavement. This was extremely disappointing to say the least. The lady owner did her best to accommodate us and profusely apologised. The booking system has let all of us down on this occasion and has made me hesitant to book in the future. ##### Lindsey M.
