I liked where to motel was located very close to the interstate, very easy to find, the only thing I did not like is the heat and air system, every time the unit came on it was too loud for sleeping, this is why I stopped by was to get some rest, so if you need some sleep this is not a good place, I'm not a rocket scientist, but stop using these worthless window units, I will pay extra for a good nights sleep. Thank you.

Very busy time in the area but was a comfortable stay. Cleaning could be a little better, dust around and lite out in bathroom but breakfast was very good.

We ended up in the accessible room. Tub is chipped, sink crowded. Te air conditioning in the whole building was on the fritz. Felt safe, good breakfast, nice staff

Would like to see management replace the tattered American flag out front. tighten the toilet see in room 309 and put brighter bulbs in the bathroom and living area. We enjoyed or stay and will use this location again.

The experience was okay. The staff was very friendly but the hotel it’s self needs an update. The paint is chipping off the walls and the air conditioning would not cool down.

The hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Only down side is the bed was terrible. Very very worn out. Neither husband or I slept well. If they got newer beds I would stay here again.

Property is very run down. Very nasty when in your room you find a roach crawling on the wall and a stink bug as well. Sheets were clean and room was clean, but the fridge smelled like food. Good property in need of A LOT OF TLC, and an exterminator.

Our room was hot all night and made it difficult to sleep. The shower was a struggle as well, the water fluctuated between hot and cold the whole time. The overall cleanliness was good though, so I would rate it average.

A little TLC is needed
Lighting in bathroom was horrible, pullout couch was broken, lampshades broken, lamp switch broken, just needs a little TLC, staff is friendly room was clean

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was ready and hot although some items were not as tasty (hashbrowns) as others. I cant speak on the pool since I did not use it. We enjoyed the proximity to Musgrove Mill Battlefield right down the road and Blue Ocean Seafood and Roc Burgers!

We have stayed here several times in the past years. Very noisy unlike in the past. The bathrooms were dirty and also out of toilet paper. No hot water in the evening for a medium warm shower. Phone did not work. The air conditioner was very noisy and made a weird sound all night. We were very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

I left a very expensive pair of head phones in our room. They were a gift from my son. I know exactly where they were left and when I returned back to get them house keeping claimed to know nothing about them. The front desk clerk was very rude. The manager was the only one sympathetic.

The bathroom shower was dirty and had black stains on the shower cord attached to the detachable shower head. The wall next to the toilet seemed to have fecal matter on it.
