Was not at all familiar with the area and didn’t know what to expect and we were very pleasantly surprised!The host was great at communicating, kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and recommended the perfect spot right down the street to accommodate us for dinner! The home is very cozy, quaint, and inviting! Very clean and stocked with what we needed. Hot tub was clean and perfect...

« We picked the absolute best place to stay in Iowa for scouting for Bald Eagles. It was centrally located to all the places I wanted to go. The house is beautiful and spotless. All of the back of the house has views of the Mississippi river, which was stunning. The water was frozen over, but you could see ducks here and there and a couple of eagles as well. It was just beautiful. The house had plenty of room felt very spacious and had little sitting area to look out over the Mississippi river,...

« We enjoyed Castle Cicali, using it as home base for our annual golf outing. It’s a quirky historic house, but met our needs perfectly. Beds were very comfortable, great water pressure and plenty of hot water for our large group. Hot tub was great »

« The Estate at Prospect Park was incredible - well maintained house, so many bedrooms and comfortable beds, huge kitchen(s) and dining room, tons of seating, the list goes on. We brought our large extended family for Christmas and it was perfect. Tim our host was very helpful, and super responsive to a couple questions. We hope to stay again! »

« There was plenty of room for our boys and their friends. The house is larger than it appears. The house is very easily accessed from the main roads and close to amenities. If you are into cooking and baking, the kitchen may not be a good fit unless you bring your own measuring spoons and cups. We struggled a little with that aspect of the property.The owners were fantastic to work with. Very responsive!We did have to make a run to HyVee to purchase Kleenex, shower wash, and shampoo for the...
