Currently disputing a charge from a week earlier when Delta canceled our flight at 2:30 pm and I tried to get refunded for the room we prepaid $150 and weren’t flying until the next day."

"After reading bad reviews about this hotel, I was a little wary mainly because they allow smoking which I hate. I requested a non-smoking room and none were available. However, when we checked in, Brett—bless his heart— put us in a non-smoking room. I was so grateful! The room was clean and did not smell of smoke at all. I was so happy! The hotel is an old hotel but they do their best. The bed was comfortable. The staff were amazing. We would stay here again. "

"Excellent breakfast with multiple hot/cold choices with different options each day. Jackie in the breakfast room was wonderful. Our room was clean and the nightly warm cookies were excellent. This property provides easy access to interstate and other main roads to get around Missoula easily. Would definitely stay here again."
