Location is perfectly situated between Grand Junction and Palisade, both are less than 10 minute drive, with a nice private backyard. It was a small unit but had everything we needed including a nice enclosed backyard for our dog. The unit was brand new and modern which was a pleasant change after being out in the countryside the past week. We used the pool daily and had it all to ourselves. We also hung out in the backyard daily and enjoyed the water feature. The house was well stocked with cookware. My two year old and I used the pullout and found it comfortable. The property manager was responsive and helpful.
