Not ready for prime time.
The property is not as listed. 1. When we arrived there was debris scatter around on the floor. 2. After the first day, the wifi no longer worked - it was not broadcasting - for 5 days. 3. The dining room furniture in the photos is not there. Neither are any of the rugs. 4. Couch was stained. The bathroom door has never been wiped down, filthy. 5. There was no hairdryer, or first aid kit as advertised. I seriously doubt they have ever wiped of any light switches as stated in the listing. 6. There were no pots. There was 1 small frying pan but nothing else. There was not even a can opener!! 7. I contacted the “professional management” company on day 1 about the internet, They did not respond until after my 3d attempt to contact them, the following day. Then they did nothing to resolve the issue. The property and management are not ready for prime time!

pluses and minused
Pluses: good location, very clean, good communication with host, close to Honey Hut Ice Cream (delicious), great front porch Minuses: House numbers cannot be easily seen, chain for fan in living room could not be reached without standing on a chair, Kitchen not well equipped at all, ROKU was and is broken, placemats needed for dining table, A " Welcome Book" is needed explaining TV remotes, suggestions for nearby eating, how the house operates, etc. A nice "extra" would be cards and games....
