It\`s a loft style space, with a small kitchen with a fridge, freezer, small sink, dishware, cookware. It does not have a stove, but there is a small broiler and a microwave. There are 2 bunk beds, and a full bathroom in the basement.   
We do not rent to locals unless it\`s approved.
