NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no \`smoking\` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and \`use of fire\` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed 10\. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund 11\. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We\`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them 12\. We are older and that was the only obstacle but we didn’t notice it was a second floor rental. Everything else was very nice. Brian is a wonderful communicator!! The best one I’ve ever dealt with! The property was well maintained, it was clean and very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The host communicated with me from the moment I made the booking online. He provided all the check-in details a few days before we were scheduled to arrive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and there were no loud parties or gatherings happening the night we stayed. This is an established neighborhood so the homes are very mid-century modern. From downtown Cleveland to the house was 10 to 15 minutes. I consider this a home away from home and highly recommend staying here the next time you travel to Cleveland. ##### Michael B.
