The front desk manager was extremely rude and mean. Everytime we walked past the front desk she gave us nasty looks. Interrupted us when we tried to ask a question. Would not stay here again just bc of her.

The hotel itself is nice but the staff at the front desk couldn’t take simple directions. I did a book now pay later and when we got to the hotel they already charged my card, we told them we wanted to use a different card on the room and they said they refunded me to my original card. A week went by after our stay and no refund came back to me yet. I had to have Expedia reach out to the property and they lied twice saying they refunded me when they never did. Will never stay here again. Can’t trust a shady staff. Julia at the front desk can’t be trusted.

Lound yelling could hear clear yelling and legit physical fight between ppl room above us for over an hour most excessive loud yelling and legit physical altercation at 3am and nothing done about it over an hour just sad and pathetic where is management dont allow it what i paid for one night absolutely ridiculous

Julia and Joy were extremely helpful and kind at check-in. Parking was a nightmare due to Cav's game. It was difficult to figure out what to do as the valet section was overloaded and staff was extremely stressed about the parking situation.

Valet greeted you at the curb & very easy to park your car. Front desk staff was very friendly and hospitable. Room was very cleans and spacious. Bed was very comfortable & soft. Only complaint is the shower is made for a teenager not an adult. Very thing else was perfect, well def use again.

Everything was wonderful - clean, very friendly, felt safe, etc. Only complaint was they didn’t have enough staff so when you called for towels, room service, etc. we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves cause no one was available to run it up. Great stay with my kids while attending a concert at the arena across the street. Highly recommend this location due to close proximity. We could walk within 3-5 minutes to all destinations while there.

It was a fair stay but the elevator was down on one side abd the wait times was horrible 10 minutes plus I stayed on the 8th floor so that sucked staff was nice and polite but we paid additional 15 dollars for breakfast it was not worth it the rooms were nice and clean

The elevator was down so needed up having to walk up stairs to our room due to another elevator not going to our floor. There was an issue with adding the breakfast to our plan. It was chosen when checking out but not on our booking.
