This property is conveniently located within miles of CLE, walking distance to a Walmart, and across the street from the mall and dining options. The staff was helpful. The reason why I booked this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle, but it wasn’t available for my departure time. So I took an Lyft. Only one elevator was working at the time to my floor, which was slow and loud. The room and bathroom looked very surface level wiped down only type of clean and was unable to sit on the couch because of stains. I almost left the hotel, but because I was only there for a night, it worked. Super friendly staff, just needs a little TLC in the rooms. Thank you!

I had two rooms. One the AC didn’t work and the other has blood on the pillow. Would not recommend.

The property was dirty , my towels were disgusting , the pool wasn’t open , limited silverware , mold on the walls . And hair all over the place that wasn’t mine .

The hotel looks very old, some spaces are clean but you can see how the years have impacted the structure. It was not possible to use the A/C because of the noise. Some walls and ceilings were cracked and there was always some smell in the room. Which was not cleaned during the all stay (5 days). Some of the staff was good but there was a lack of customer service overall. During breakfast the utensils do not look clean, not only the ones we used but also where the food was.
