We were in town for my father in law's memorial service and needed a place for the siblings and a gathering place for family. Frank's property was PERFECT. We were able to receive and entertain family and guests comfortably. Every utensil I needed to cook was there. The backyard was perfect for the little ones to play and tire themselves out. My parents have never rented a house before and always stay in hotels, so they were skeptical of this whole process, but I wanted my mom to have a place that felt like home where should could spend time with her family to help her in these first tough days after the loss of her sister. This home was perfect. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out, including the first floor primary bedroom with its own bathroom, so my parents could have space to themselves if they needed it. There were plenty of bedrooms for siblings, partners, and grandchildren, and the living room and dining rooms were perfect gathering spaces. My mom loved the porches and spent lots of time reading and drinking tea. Everyone kept talking about how grateful we were for such a wonderful space that allowed us to be together. ##### Meredith P.
