The owner contacted us an hour before our check-in time to tell us there was a delay to get into the house. We waited two hours before being able to get in the house, messing up our plans for the night. Then the amenities offered were nonfunctional. The arcade game wouldn't turn on as if it didn't have power. The hot tub didn't work either, The instructions said if there's an error message to flip the breaker and wait 15 minutes to reset, but it didn't turn on to start. Flipping a breaker near water doesn't seem safe and troubleshooting is not how I want to spend my vacation time. The microwave didn't turn on either, even though it was plugged in. The owner offered a full refund, but only gave us a partial refund. Waste of a vacation. ##### Rena B. Everything was very well appointed and cozy. My kids loved the arcade game and chess boards. Beds were comfortable! The grill and hot tub made for a great, relaxing family evening. ##### Emily B. The cabin was very clean and super cute. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by beautiful woods. We took my parents and kids on our trip and everyone had a great time! It was clean, well decorated, amenities were as expected. Only downfalls were it was listed a s 15 miles from venue, but was actually farther,took 35 minute drive to wedding site, and both showers need updating as far as shower heads are concerned. No use in having a huge shower with only one outdated shower head, at least a detachable would be nice. Also, only one side of hot tub jets were working.
