Lots of decent pots and pans in the kitchen, sharp knives and all appliances worked well. A/C was nice and cool and loved having three bathrooms. The balcony is very large for this three bedroom unit and I liked the proximity to the public beach for morning walks. We were on the 22 floor and it was very quiet. Unit was clean and attractive. We had to sign a waiver and I did months before. Turns out they never received it and it was a difficult process to get it signed so we had access to all the amenities. Problem was that most of the amenities were closed due to construction. I knew the outdoor pool would be closed but not the grilling area and the indoor pool was not heated sufficiently. The unit was acceptable but we were rather surprised to be waken up one morning by an exterminator that had been scheduled. He was in our unit and woke all of us up. How that happens I do not know. We were offered a small discount for our troubles but honestly the entire experience was not fantastic. ##### Tim M.
