#### Alright Stay in Cleveland
First off the process that VRBO uses for finding, getting and completing a stay is 5 stars. The neighborhood is just okay. Location is in an older area with places of business needing bars on the windows. Lots of fences in the area too. The actual VRBO was okay. Very basic as the pictures for this location show more than what is really there. Pictures need to be updated to reflect how the location is. Floors are creaking but that is just because the home used is old. Host was fine with correct communication used. Only had one issue that was rectified when the second VRBO there (duplex location) had a guest be given access to our side. That guest had walked in and was utterly confused why we were there. Had to ensure that their entry code was removed so that only we had access to our side of the home. Overall it was fine but to be brutally honest, I would not use this location again. If someone is unable to use stairs, please be sure you get the 1st level and the 2nd level. The stairs are not fun.
