The house was just as pictured, spacious, modern, and clean. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, located a short distance from the freeway which will take you north to downtown, south, east and west. As we were visiting family in all areas for the holiday the location was the best. Many good restaurants and grocery stores are close by. What drew us to the house, besides the location, was the entertainment options in the basement. There were so many fun games that everyone could enjoy! We also enjoyed the loft area that had even more games. We didn't have enough time to get to the card and board games that were also available. We enjoyed the hot tub in the back several times even in the chilly weather.The water was clean and hot, jets were nice and strong.Definitely recommend trying it out. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped with cookware, dishes, and every kind of appliance. We appreciated the addition of children's cups and plates. Beds and linens were very comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit. It had everything and Jeff was friendly, welcoming and quick to respond. The beds were memory foam, the shower heads had great water pressure, and most necessities were provided (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc). We had one item break mid-stay, and Jeff promptly sent his handyman over to fix it. The neighborhood is very quiet, and it’s only 15 minutes to downtown. As someone else mentioned, Gentile’s bakery has excellent baked goods and sandwiches, and there’s a grocery store right down the street too. Jeff was so accommodating and thoughtful. The property is in a perfect location offering the best of a quiet getaway while being only 15 minutes from downtown and only minutes away to anything you need. My 4 kids had plenty of space and more than enough to keep them occupied. I was able to cook and my husband was able to grill. The popcorn machine was a bonus and the hot tub was amazing. Location was great for all the vacation sites we wanted to see and plenty of food and grocery stores around. And we loved Gentile's bakery close by!
