Welcome to your Cleveland retreat - perfect for families, friends, and groups looking for comfort and fun in West Park! Enjoy inviting spaces, a private hot tub, and plenty of room to relax.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The home features four spacious bedrooms thoughtfully spread across two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find two queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a king bed paired with a twin, while the other provides a king bed alongside a chair that converts into a bed. In total, there are six beds with space for up to ten guests. A second full bathroom on the upper floor adds convenience for groups.



Living and Entertainment

The main living areas are designed for unwinding together. Lounge on comfortable seating, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or enjoy a touch of nostalgia with the classic N64 game console. A dedicated game room invites hours of fun with a ping pong table and basketball game setup. For quieter moments, board games are available.



Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare and share meals. A dual Keurig coffee maker with ground coffee, sugar, and creamer makes mornings simple. With a full suite of appliances, cookware, and a dining table, you can gather easily over homemade dishes.

Enjoy a soothing soak under the open sky, whether you’re easing into the morning or winding down after a fun-filled day. Enjoy evening drinks, roast marshmallows, or simply relax by the fire and make the most of your time outdoors.



Comfort and Convenience

This pet-friendly home includes a washer and dryer, essentials like towels and bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to ensure a restful stay. Heating, air conditioning, and portable fans keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace with a door and fast Wi-Fi (202 Mbps) makes it simple to work remotely.



Safety and Security

The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For additional peace of mind, a Blink doorbell camera is located at the front door and noise decibel monitors help ensure a quiet environment.

Located in Cleveland’s West Park area, the home offers easy access to local parks, shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Major highways and the airport are within reach, making it convenient to explore the wider region.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉



This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM



💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!





📌 Hot Tub House Rules:

Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:

🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

Damage protection (required, processed before arrival). Choose either a $500 refundable security deposit — a pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection — or a non-refundable $40 damage waiver covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
