It was convenient to the school and to area restaurants, etc. There is a park close by and convenient amenities, e.g., Starbucks, grocery, etc. The house is well set up for the guests, lots of cookware and place settings, etc. There was a nice array of spices and oils for cooking. Be aware the house is older, and so the stairs are steep. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. People with mobility issues might have trouble here, but they should communicate with the owner if that is the case before deciding. ##### Brian A. It is as listed, however, upon arrival we were surprised to see a full refrigerator and freezer full of food, as if someone was living there. If that's the case, and one of the owners is living on the property when it's not being rented, it would have been nice to know. The other big issue was the cleanliness. The house could have used a good deep clean. There were spiderwebs in many corners; a sock was found under a bed that was not ours; and there was something sticky on a nightstand that needed to be cleaned before anything could be placed on it. There were not enough towels, and many of those that were provided were stained. The owners were very responsive, both before and after our arrival, answering any questions I had. Something that would have been helpful is some local information, such as grocery store locations, maybe some menus or recommendations for local restaurants, some general information about Cleveland and what it offers. ##### Elise E.
