Upstairs pool room getting to converted to king bedroom. A king bedroom suite, walk-in all tile shower, pool table, dart board area and huge 55" big screen tv to hang out and watch the games. Hickory Woods looks and feels like a cabin and a castle, offering both rustic peace and royal ambiance. If you enjoy both privacy and luxury, this cabin is perfect for your group of up to 10 adults. Outside, it’s just a short walk to the creek, and the property is very private. When you get back, step onto the huge wrap around deck, dip into the gazebo-covered hot tub, or head to the upstairs balcony while you enjoy the natural view outside. Or, take in the sights from inside through the wall of windows. You might even enjoy some competitive fun at the slate pool table. When it’s time to relax or eat, Hickory Woods includes a sunken living area and spacious open kitchen. For the royal treatment, head to Hickory Woods. Bedroom 1: King on Main Bedroom 2: King Upstairs Bedroom 3: King, twin bunks, and full sleeper lower level A guest staying in a pet-friendly cabin may bring up to two (2) dogs, each no more than 80 pounds. The pet fee is $25 per pet, per night, and is non-refundable. The fee does NOT cover damages caused by the dog such as: Pet hair lodged in comforters, rugs, blankets, or furniture will result in those items being thrown out and billed at $75 or higher depending on the item that is ruined. We can send you the comforters or sheets at your expense. Pet hair on sheets will be charged at $50 per sheet set. Wood, furniture damage or other items will be assessed and billed accordingly. Pet owners must pick up any pet waste near the cabin. Pets must be crated when left alone inside the cabin. Having 3+ bathrooms and the bonus space downstairs was a plus for our group. Convenient location to get to Helen, Demorest & other nearby attractions. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit area! So nice and private. The teenagers also played pool a good bit! It was unseasonably hot so we had to call the managers about the thermostat that was set on heat. They responded quickly and had someone out in no time to get that changed for us. I did some light cleaning upon arrival (counter tops mainly) but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. I'd read in a previous review that the kitchen wasn't generously stocked so I was prepared for that with some of our own untensils/pans, etc. Would be a great addition to the cabin to make it readily available for easy cooking though. ##### Laney C. It was very cozy and had some beautiful details. The property did lack some cooking items and cleaning supplies, such as a broom and mop, which all other VRBO's I have stayed at have always provided, but we managed. It was quiet and set deep in the woods. It was nicely furnished. It is not a home that anyone lives in, so there are very few of the household items that you would typically find at a Brno. If it’s not listed as being supplied, it probably isn’t. But that being understood, just plan ahead and bring it. Still a great stay.
