Home features a first floor Bedroom and Full Bathroom! The Primary bedroom includes a designated workspace office attached. Only 9 minutes to CLE Airport! Parma has so much history and culture... Our FAVORITE bakery and restaurant is within a 30 second drive of this property! If you are a foodie, within 15 minutes you can find a plethora of farm to table, local, proud Ohioan restaurants/bars. 24 hour CVS within walking distance for all your essentials. You are located approximately 40 miles from Akron (South/SE) and 1 hour (west) to Cedar Point, Sandusky, and the Erie Islands are slightly more West of here. Any shopping amenity you may need is in Parma but for upscale shopping you can head to Crocker Park in Westlake (approx. 20 minutes) , the East side of Cleveland head on over to Beachwood Place, or 20 minutes down I-71 to SouthPark Mall and Strongsville shopping. Parma is a neighborhood located in the western suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. Parma was named as the top 100 safest cities in the America! The area is known for its tree-lined streets and well-maintained cozy homes, and its unique cultures. The neighborhood is filled with local shops and bakeries. One of which is the world's famous Colozza's Bakery which is just a minute walk from the property. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to the famous Ukrainian and Polish villages filled with shops, bakeries, and ethnic restaurants. Its also close to downtown shopping and dining, and entertainment options, as well as easy 5 min access to all major highways. The area also has many beautiful Polish and Ukrainian churches. Residents enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood while still being close to all the amenities of city life. To access the house using a code, you will need to enter the code into a keypad on the front door. FREE Driveway Parking pad in the back yard for at least 4 cars. Check in process was smooth with no issues. House was spotless and nicely renovated. Beds were very comfortable, and my husband and I have back issues, so that was a relief. Kitchen was equipped with Keurig single cup and coffee pot combo, plenty of cups, dishes and silverware and enough pots/pans to cook with. Just a small hiccup with us getting locked out of the house for 45 minutes when it was raining and cold out, but the front porch has overhead covering so not a major deal.
