Come stay at this Charming Classic Colonial in Rocky River Ohio! Newly remodeled, comfortable, and spacious this completely private home is close to all that Cleveland has to offer! Less than one mile to Rocky River Beach, Lakewood bars, 20mins from the airport and downtown Cleveland; even closer to numerous shopping, restaurants, and parks in the Rocky River and Lakewood areas. Fully Furnished, Wi-Fi included, pet friendly, and perfect for a fun filled stay in Cleveland!


The home is on a quiet street in a wonderful and walkable neighborhood close to the most popular parts of the west side of Cleveland: less than a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, CrossFit, Bars, Restaurants, and more! This home has been completely updated with modern lighting, luxury flooring, and is fully furnished. The indoor living space has multiple dining and seating areas accompanied with Smart TVs. The bedrooms both have high quality memory foam queen beds, a walk-in closet on the second floor has plenty of space to store your luggage and hang your clothes. The stunning bathroom contains a tile shower with a glass door, vanity with a back lit mirror, and is the perfect space to get ready for your day. The updated kitchen boasts butcher block countertops, has all the tools needed to cook a wonderful meal, and enough fridge space to store all your leftovers. For those working remote, a large dedicated desk/office space on the second floor. Enjoy complimentary coffee and relax in this charming home. Sleeping arrangements consists of 2 queen beds and a large sectional and room for an air mattress. Bathroom is on the second floor.

Super Cute and Comfortable! This place is super cute and very well equipped! It is very clean and I loved the little "anitques" mixed in with the modern. The couch is very comfortableand the kitchen is well equipped. The mattress was perfection after walking around all day in this beautiful little town. I appreciated the wonderful (but subtle) smell of the sheets and towels. The bathroom has great storage - it is on the second floor. Thanks so much, Jake! You were a wonderful host! Loved it!

If you need a cute, convenient place to stay in Rocky River, check this out! The house is exactly as presented and located close to shops and restaurants. And just a 15 minute drive to the airport. Jacob was great to work with both pre-stay and when we had a question about the lock system, he responded very quickly. This was the perfect spot for our visit to Rocky River!

Clean, Comfortable Home in Great Town

My 2 kids, our dog and I stayed for a week. The home is very clean and was nicely renovated. It was perfect for the three of us. The bathroom is spacious and new. Loved all the drawers for storage and there were plenty of clean towels. The kitchen had everything we could need and there was plenty of seating on the first floor. We also appreciated all the lamps with charging ports and outlets. The only negative I could say is that the house is located on a block that has a few run down houses and a gas/service station across the street which isn't pretty to look at, but it is located in Rocky River which is a beautiful town and around the corner from several really good restaurants and ice cream place and across the street from a shopping plaza. Everything you need is within walking distance and it is a short drive to the lake. Jake is a great Host and was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this home and host and we plan to book again in the future.

Comfy place to stay

We both really loved staying at Jacob’s place. It was clean and fresh-looking. It looks brand new. The property was well cared for, the deck was nice, and the yard was well kept. It is close to restaurants and shops. Jacob was great during the entire check-in process. We will be back!

Rocky River House

This older home has undergone a lot of renovations recently. The kitchen and bathroom have been nicely redone. The whole house has new flooring and new furnishings. Like many older homes, there is only one bathroom that is up a steep staircase. The house is located on a dead-end street near a commercial area. Grocery stores, a drug store and several restaurants are within an easy walking distance. The Rocky River Metropark is also a short drive away.

Fun in Rocky River

Our stay was great! Came down to see my sister and family. Between sightseeing in Cleveland and visiting Medina we had a blast! Your place is beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like was oven needed cleaning. Suggestions: Bookcase in dining room for book,puzzles,games. Back deck could use 2 chairs. Enjoyed staying here!!
