Nice apartment, clean and bright and sunny. Kitchen and bath are a bit old-fashioned but it and well supplied. Convenient location and nice to have a garage during a Cleveland winter. Would happily stay there again!

The stay was great, the only problem was that is was on the second floor. I must have skipped that part when I rented it. But it was nice, I just hope we didn’t make too much noise for the person downstairs

Property was VERY clean and had all we needed and wanted in terms of kitchen utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. Loved the location for our walks which included a wonderful grocery store just 5 minutes away. Perfect for our long-weekend in Cleveland (where we spent most of our time within 20 minutes of the property).

Awesome location. Close to interstate and short drive to downtown Cleveland. Clean as a pin. Great communication with owner. I was personally only there for 12 hours but well worth the stay.

We used to live in Shaker Heights and absolutely love to visit the city. Van Aken District is walking distance to this rental and the perfect place to grab some food, shop or even grab a quick pedicure. Next time we visit we would definitely stay here again!

#### Just what we needed

We had a loved one admitted to Cleveland Clinic for a few weeks. This apartment was perfect for our stay. It's only about a 15 minute drive from the main hospital. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Brian is an excellent host and was very helpful.
