Although the staff was helpful and courteous especially the shuttle drivers, the hotel rooms need updated. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated, the toilet was extremely low and there was a whole in the wall where the shower hung out. Definitely felt the room was overpriced even considering all the events of that particular weekend.(04/05-04/08)

Having to pay $4 for a coffee could be the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Specially when Starbucks is cheaper and right across the street

We loved it! Staff went above and beyond, great location, comfy touches (the cocoa bar!) No wonder it's the first choice for folks working for the airlines. First class option for staying in Cleveland!

My room was fantastic! The amount of space was beyond anything I expected. The room decor was very attractive. Super clean space! The pullout loveseat fabric was torn however, and it's mattress was not too comfortable to sleep on. The separate bedroom was also appreciated. It's mattress was excellent. Slight disappointment that the pool was not open. I would stay again and recommend without hesitation.

We checked in 9/23/23. The manger knew the way meet were looking we had a long flight and provided us with not great customer service but allowed us to check in early. I was so pleased with his service I informed him you really have great customer service and customers like me really appreciate you. Thank you to the entire Marriott staff!!

Confusion regarding shuttle service, though we stayed there because they said they had it otherwise could of just stayed someplace else for less. Was disappointed when we found out they have it 24 hours though was not told that at check in, were they made it that we would not be able to use it

The staff was really friendly. The pool in the hot tub are nice. The room was clean. The mattress on the bed was terrible. Even more terrible was to pull out bed. Pull out bed was like sleeping on metal railing. If you're going to advertise having pull out beds then make them mattress actually sleepable.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I had a late check in so I didn't see much of the property nor take advantage of the amenities. I did notice that Courtyard didn't have much of a courtyard or patio. All in all, I'd stay here again without hesitation.
