If intending to use the parking garage we will need vehicle information as well. Please note this is a residential building with other long term guests. People who live here have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, our building has a VERY strict no party policy, and quite hours from 10pm-7am. No smoking or loitering is permitted in any of the common areas. We have 24/7 security and management on site and hold a zero tolerance policy for those who do not follow our house rules. All guests are subject for manual review and may be cancelled (without penalty on the Host) if the Host deems your reservation to be high-risk. Surveillance cameras are in the hallways for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit for noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB). We do not provide linens for the couch. Aug 21, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The building itself is quite old, and while it was great to have a parking spot, the garage felt very dated, tight and hard to navigate, and a bit creepy. The apartment was maintained well and clean, though we did find hair in the bathroom and chair was missing two screws. The host was very responsive and provided an extremely detailed PDF with check-in instructions, which made arrival somewhat smooth. Door code wasn’t provided (or that it was missed) until 5 minutes upon arrival. It was definitely a bit stressful not to have that information. The location was convenient and nice, but it did get noisy outside at night. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and areas that could be improved.
