Room was nice however floors were not to bad but you can tell was not vacuumed before our stay. Bedding had some sort of large stain on the comforter. Didn't see it the first night stay as it was on the inside of the comforter but next night as I pulled comforter back towards foot of bed I seen it was somewhat disgusting. Hotel main management was very pleasant however desk clerks didn't seem to want to be there. No smiles, nothing friendly about them.

Short staffed, hotel is ragged out, waited half a day for fresh towel's, room keys didn’t work waited in line 30 mins to get new ones along with numerous other guests.

Don’t let the nice lobby fool you. The hotel is severely outdated and understaffed. You can fix staffing with better management, but the furniture, mattresses and general decor need updated asap. And because of the short staff you are likely to find your room not fully clean when you arrive and no help when you get there. Avoid if you can.

The hotel accommodations and staff were great for our 'solar eclipse' visit with friends in Cleveland. We brought a guest who was also impressed with the facility and services. We enjoyed the lovely lobby but didn't get to the 9a-9pm pool/ whirlpool facility due to having a couple of busy and tiring days. Walking in the neighborhood gave us a local option for breakfast! Was great!

We stayed at this lodging six months ago - chosen mostly for the convenience of parking our car and the free shuttle to the airport. We parked the car in the back, our room key did NOT open the back door. We found at the desk that no return transportation was offered after 11. We arrive back at 1 am. The front desk clerk was a new hire and unable to answer many of questions. We could not find any pen or paper in the room or directory of services, The phone was not labeled with any speed dial numbers - ie for the front desk, a wake up call etc. The bed was only made with two sheets on it - no blanket and no duvet. We asked for a wake up call at 3:15 am It came at 2:45 am, 2:50 am and 2:55 am. We were very disappointed to not receive the service we expected.

Right when I stepped inside the hotel, I was greeted with an entrance permeated by the scent of something old and unclean with an atmosphere that indicates neglect or poor maintenance. I immediately had an impression of discomfort or dissatisfaction but since I already paid for my stay, I had to carry on. The room was dirty and the bathroom had a sliding that gets stuck. My daughter went in and was unable to get out. I had to force the sliding open to get her out. There was no hot or warm water either. The water was icy cold both for the sink and the shower. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel at all cost.

One of the two staff members working at the front desk seemingly had received no training prior to attempting to check in guests. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in and people waiting to pay for parking. Guest parking is not guaranteed due to the lot being open to travelers not staying at the hotel. Two of three elevators were out of service, and the one in-service was dimly lit and shook as it traveled between floors. There were dead insects on the windowsill in the room. The shower light did not work. The rate charged was higher than the maximum rate listed on the information posted on the door in the room. There were coffee and tea packets in the room but no coffee maker. The shower was lukewarm at best when the faucet was turned all the way up.

We had a person knocking on doors saying housekeeping at 1030pm when we were trying to sleep for a 4am wakeup for a flight. Then he just keyed into our room. We were a little shook up after that and didnt really go back to sleep.

The front desk staff was not overly friendly. The room was clean however, the bathroom door was broke, could not shut or open properly. The bathtub drain was plugged so when our son took his shower he stood in 4” of water. There were only 2 bath towel sets for a reservation party of 4.

Carpet and furniture in the room was worn and not clean. Elevator shook and made funny noises. The airport shuttle was convenient and started early enough for my 6:30 am flight. I had stayed here a couple years ago and it was pretty nice, but now that the pandemic is over, I guess they don't feel like they need to keep the rooms clean anymore. I won't be back.

This hotel needs to be re-evaluated by Expedia and the way it is rated on their site. This hotel was GROSS. There was burn marks on furniture, what looked like blood on walls, hair rubber bands all over the floor, stains (of god knows what) running down the walls, tub that doesn’t drain, toilet that barely flushes, ceiling above tub that is about to fall in. Encountered 4 different staff during my two night stay and every singe one was unpleasant, and rude. The bar was never open. Meanwhile staff just sit in booths and talk. Front desk in the a.m was the least pleasant lady. Planned on eating breakfast there but she was so rude I refused to give them any more of my money. The parking situation was terrible. A notice about the pool being closed would have been a decent thing to do. Our toilet in room 987 wouldn’t stop running the entire stay, showers were cold and hot water only lasted a minute both days. No microwaves sucked. Convince & customer service are not a priority here. Will not recommend or return.

The place was a little dirty. The airport shuttle only ran until 10:30 pm so we ended up having to get an Uber. The pool was closed for renovation. The beds were great but I actually slept great unit 5 am when the fire alarms went off. Pretty disappointed.

This hotel has gone downhill since the last time I stayed here. The tv didn't work, phone's weren't connected. They no longer have breakfast available and it seems like the bar was hardly open. Also, the hot tub and pools (one of the reasons for choosing this location) were down for maintenance. Disappointed.

The heat wasn't working, had to switch rooms, the heat worked fairly. I had 3 rooms. All rooms had problems with hot water. None of the rooms were cleaned. Fitness venter was unavailable.

I'm not sure if it was due to the snowstorm, or if the restaurant/bar normally has a very limited menu. The website mentioned flatbread pizza, but that was not an option during my stay. I ended up with a cheeseburger, which was OK.

Had two rooms the first one the TV didn't work they gave me another room ok but then both rooms didn't have hot water the first night had to move to another room for the second night the pool was also out of order
